On Sunday, September 7 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, create a hanging wall art piece with local artist and entrepreneur Daphne Lee of Potahto. Attendees will choose from several types of preserved moss and other materials, including tree bark and cork, to construct their own artwork. Perfect for those with or without a green thumb, this craft requires zero watering. Space is limited. Participants must register by 7:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 24.
