Last week, Mayor Muriel Bowser opened the District’s first Safe Commercial Corridor Hub in the Chinatown neighborhood (675 H Street NW). The hub will be open for residents to walk in for services from multiple public safety and human services agencies, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The DC Independent Film Forum is back for its 25th year! This year’s DCIFF features more than 40 independent feature films, documentaries, shorts, and animated films that explores a range of topics. All film screenings will be held at the Landmark E Street Cinema in Penn Quarter and will feature Q&A sessions with the films’ directors. The DCIFF will also feature workshops, professional development seminars, and other in-person events around the District.
