LEON was set up in 2004 by John Vincent, Henry Dimbleby and chef Allegra McEvedy to make it easier for everyone to eat well. LEON’s menu is inspired by the flavors, variety and natural healthiness of Mediterranean cooking. Both Vincent and Dimbleby’s families have Mediterranean roots, so this is the food they grew up with. There are some dishes that evoke their childhoods in Britain, too – and even those termly trips to fast food restaurants.
