Learn MoreDc’s LOVE Muralist Lisa Marie Thalhammer will be hosted by the W Washington D.C. Hotel for an exhibition of her art at a launch party and meet & greet this Wednesday June 16th, starting at 6pm. There will be live DJ music, and Specialty Ketel One Botanical Cocktails will be served with a percentage of proceeds going to N Street Village.
Lisa Marie uses her artworks as part of political actions to communicate positive messages of equality, persistence, empowerment, and love. One of her most famous pieces so far is her “LOVE” mural at Blagden Alley, and currently, you can see her lawn design installation, “Equilateral Network”, at the west lawn of the National Building Museum, as a part of the Summer on the Lawn programming.
