Property Manager Council

The Property Manager Council (PMC) was designed to provide an area-specific forum to discuss many of the issues and problems facing the BID's property managers, tenants, and customers. Issues relating to crime, homeless, vending, public services, upcoming events, and BID activities are typical topics for the monthly agenda. The ultimate goal of the PMC is to address immediate concerns in a timely fashion and to develop long-term solutions for recurring problems. Property owners are encouraged to have their property managers participate in the respective PMC. Please refer to the map to determine the appropriate PMC for your area.
