The report offers a compendium of data and insight on D.C.’s neighborhoods and major commercial corridors, including Downtown D.C. It includes detailed demographics, area highlights, Metrorail counts, walk scores, maps, and more. National, regional and local real estate professionals, investors and retailers use Neighborhood Profiles to quickly and accurately obtain a better understanding of how D.C. and its neighborhoods are changing and what opportunities exist now and in the future. First published in 2001 with a focus on 13 different neighborhoods, this year’s report offers information on 50 neighborhoods and corridors. The publication is available on the WDCEP website.
