Live or work in D.C.? Then the D.C. Department of Energy & Environment (DOEE) wants to hear from you. Nominate your favorite green business, sustainability champion or non-profit partner for the 2016 District Sustainabillity Awards. The deadline for submissions is August 15.
Best practices or projects may include the use of solar panels or energy efficient lighting, providing access to healthy foods, creating green jobs and more.
