State of Downtown Report

The State of Downtown Report is designed to measure Downtown DC's progress and to address the challenges and potential opportunities that shape the area's future. The report includes detailed data on those elements that sustain a "living" downtown: employment; office and residential markets; hospitality and tourism; culture and entertainment; retail market; and transportation. The report provides information relevant to the work of local officials, real estate professionals, investors, event planners, potential and existing residents, and business owners.
