In 2005, the Downtown BID, the DC Government and other partners contracted with Delta Associates, an independent research and consulting firm, to conduct an analysis of the District of Columbia office market. The purpose was to evaluate the market's strengths and weaknesses and garner recommendations for ways to retain and improve the competitive position of the DC office market.
Please note that the study was done in 2005, using December 31, 2004 data.
