Visitors who flock to Washington for the Inaugural ceremonies won’t have to worry about getting lost in Downtown DC. Copies of the 2008 Downtown BID Visitors Map are available and ready for distribution.
This year’s brightly colored guide to the Downtown BID and nearby attractions has been redesigned to be more user-friendly. It features a larger Metrorail and street map of Greater Downtown, including the 138-block Downtown BID area. The guide depicts major attractions and landmarks, hotels, places of worship, Circulator bus routes and SmartBike rental kiosks. Visitors will not want to venture out without it.
