BID Executive Director Receives DCBIA Award

Congratulations to Richard H. Bradley, executive director of the DowntownDC BID! He’s been named a recipient of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association’s (DCBIA) Building Industry Achievement Awards. The awards are given by the nonprofit trade group to organizations, individuals and/or major development projects that have contributed significantly to D.C.’s economic growth and vitality. Besides Bradley, Victor L. Hoskins, deputy mayor for the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, and Michele V. Hagans, president and chief executive officer of the Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation, will be honored at a black tie dinner on Thursday, May 16, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Washington Hilton hotel. During the major fundraiser and networking event, Abraham J. Greenstein, a partner at Greenstein DeLorme & Luchs, will also receive a special recognition award. Go, Rich!
