Monetary Relief

The District Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) recently launched the Streetscape Loan Relief Fund, a program providing interest-free loans to individuals or entities operating a retail business inside or next to a streetscape construction or renovation project in the city. Eligible recipients certified as a Small Business Enterprise, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Resident Owned Business will receive preference, as will eligible recipients who serve, or whose main office is located, in a DC Main Streets corridor, a Neighborhood Investment Program Target Area, or other area identified for economic development or commercial renewal by the Mayor.
