Those mobile food truck vendors keep churning out new dining options for Downtown workers, residents and visitors. A few seen recently: AZN Eats, Rolls on Rolls, Cajunators, and Surfside, a spin-off of the Glover Park neighborhood restaurant. AZN Eats serves up Korean BBQ, including its own take on Kalbi (short ribs) and Bulgogi (marinated barbecued beef, chicken or pork). Rolls on Rolls offers Indian food for vegetarians and meat eaters, including street food from New Delhi and Kolkata called kathi rolls. Its most popular fare is chicken and chana masala. Cajunators, a Cajun and creole food truck, dishes out such treats as shrimp and beef po’boys and gumbo. Surfside offers a rotating menu of the restaurant’s classic tacos and salsas. Hungry?
