The 2009 State of Downtown Report provides the best information available on the Downtown economy for BID members, property owners, commercial tenants, developers, investors and policymakers. Published annually, the report tracks Downtown's growth and economic trends and how they relate to the larger DC and regional economies. The data focuses on nine areas: current development; employment; the office market; population and housing; conventions, hotels and tourism; culture and entertainment; restaurants and retail; transportation; and a DC financial overview.

Following the forum, the 2009 State of Downtown Report will be available online at www.downtowndc.org/state.
