Downtown Goes Green

Downtown property management teams and building engineers are invited to join a “nuts and bolts” energy training session co-hosted by the Downtown BID and Cool Capital Challenge on Thursday, September 20, Noon - 4:00 pm, at 900 7th Street to learn how to save money and maximize operations and management resources by following a few, simple steps. The session will also feature a panel of senior property executives who will discuss actionable steps to take towards greening building operations. Admission is free.
