The DC City Council’s Committee of the Whole, where the plan has been submitted for approval as a Small Area Action Plan, will convene a hearing on Tuesday, November 24, at 3:00 pm, in the John A. Wilson Building (1350 Pennsylvania Avenue). The hearing is open to the public and will take place in the Council Chamber, Room 500.
