Looking for good books to read? A medley of new offerings, and some of the nation’s best authors, will be available at the 11th Annual Library of Congress National Book Festival, taking place on Saturday, September 24 through Sunday, September 25 on the National Mall.

More than 100 authors--including David McCullough, Russell Banks, Terry McMillan, and Pulitzer Prize-winners Siddhartha Mukherjee, Amy Chua, and Toni Morrison--will headline the Festival, now running for two splendid days. Readers will be able to enjoy an extra day with their favorite authors, poets, and illustrators, and indulge in three new genre pavilions and performances at the Family Storytelling Stage, a good choice for all ages.
The event will take place between 3rd and 7th Streets from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on September 24 and from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm the following day.
