Many of the area's finest restaurants are right here in Downtown and now, during Washington DC Restaurant Week, diners will have a chance to experience top-notch dining at bargain prices when the eagerly-awaited semi-annual feast returns from August 11 through August 17. Participating restaurants, offering cuisines as diverse as French, Mediterranean, Southern and more, will serve 3-course prix fixe lunch ($20.08) and dinner ($35.08), excluding tax and gratuity. So get your chow on. Destination DC and the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington sponsor the popular culinary event, which is normally held in January and August.
