Ann Taylor will reopen at 600 13th Street next month with a new attitude. In July, the high quality women’s store moved temporarily to 1270 F Street in order to revamp its 13th Street location to mirror the chain’s new concept stores. What this means: expect the same products but more decorative oomph—leather seats, white walls and white hardwood floors, modern fixtures, and chandeliers.
