Hill Country, the two-level 13,000 square feet (SF) Texas-style BBQ restaurant has seating for 220 upstairs, 120 downstairs, with a maximum capacity for parties of 550 offers it's distinctive, dry-rub style brisket, ribs, sausage and other meats, which are smoked low and slow over Texas post oak.
The barbecue is served in butcher paper, counter-style by the pound, with traditional trimmings such as baked beans with burnt ends, pinto beans, corn pudding, green bean casserole, red chili and collard greens.
Hill Country is open for dinner and late night with frequent live musical entertainment.
