James Beard award-winning celebrity chef Fabio Trabocchi,'s Tuscan style restaurant, Fiola offers his native region of Le Marche “gourmet but accessible” meals including lobster ravioli and a 13-layer Vincisgrassi Lasagna, packed with veal, prosciutto and parmigiano-reggiano.

Also, be sure to check out the selection of 150 Italian wines, and the 12 proseccos or bottled beers from Peroni, Moretti, and Baladin. The villa style restaurant will seat up to 140 diners. Roof top dining is scheduled to open for summer 2012.
