The spacious four level Cure Bar & Bistro takes its name from the age-old tradition of curing foods and pairing beverages to create a taste profile. The process entails spicing, drying, salting and smoking to prepare the food and then matching it with a beverage that enhances the flavor. The seasonal menu includes items such as artisan cheese selections, pork pâté, roasted sausage with jam, flat iron steak and bread pudding. Extensive wine, beer and spirit selection - high ceilings - open fireplace - red oak and stone clad walls clad in stone and red oak.
