The name means "lively wine-shop," but Bibiana is really a 120 seat restaurant with a Milano flair. It comes from Ashok Bajaj, the proprietor Rasika (633 D Street), 701 (701 Pennsylvania Avenue) and other popular city restaurants, including the Oval Room and the Bombay Club.
Specialty cocktails from the bar accompany upscale Italian delicacies from Chef Stefanelli and his team.
