The Downtown Business Improvement District Corporation (BID) will convene a combined annual Membership and Board of Directors meeting at 4 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2017. The former will be held to elect new Board members and the latter will be held to elect new officers and to approve the proposed FY18 operating budget.
