Party Time- Getting Ready for the Final Four

Four different party dishes based on a classic food from each of the final four teams home states.

Our classes focus on how we have procured our local product and the process from initial tastings to the end result. Featured are several different farms that have truly become partners in our efforts to buy locally and always use the freshest ingredients.

$50 per person, per class.
