Our star Jewish chef, Robbie, mixes family tradition with his contemporary culinary training to prepare a Seder meal like none other.
Our classes focus on how we have procured our local product and the process from initial tastings to the end result. Featured are several different farms that have truly become partners in our efforts to buy locally and always use the freshest ingredients.
