Learn how to make perfect eggs Benedict, lemon soufflé pancakes with raspberry syrup, house made maple sausage patties and a ZWK bloody Mary.
Our classes focus on how we have procured our local product and the process from initial tastings to the end result. Featured are several different farms that have truly become partners in our efforts to buy locally and always use the freshest ingredients.
$50 per person, per class.
