Rappahannock River Oysters
A selection of oysters all from different parts of the Rappahannock River. We will learn how to make baked oysters, mini fried oyster po-boys, oyster pie and oyster Rockefeller.
Our classes focus on how we have procured our local product and the process from initial tastings to the end result. Featured are several different farms that have truly become partners in our efforts to buy locally and always use the freshest ingredients.
$50 per person, per class.
