Join the Pennsylvania Quarter Neighborhood Association (PQNA) for its' monthly breakfast meeting hosted by the Landmark's E Street Cinema.
Special guest speaker Harriet Tregoning, Director of the DC Office of Planning will discuss the recently released Streetcar Land Use Study, focusing on the proposed re-introduction of historic streetcar lines along F and 7th streets in Penn Quarter.
