The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) hosts a monthly Metro Riders' Advisory Council meeting to discuss issues affecting Metrobus, Metrorail and MetroAccess service.
The 21-member Council includes six individuals from Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, two at-large members, and the head of Accessibility Advisory Committee.
Council meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the lobby level Meeting Room at Metro's Headquarters.
