JuYeon Kim: The In-Between
In collaboration with the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), artist JuYeon Kim has created two new sculpture installations and numerous scroll drawings for her exhibition The In-Between. She drew inspiration for this body of work from the 8th-century Tibetan Buddhist text titled The great book of natural liberation through understanding in the between, popularly known in Western cultures as The Tibetan Book of the Dead.
