Deanna Bogart is a Maryland-based blues and boogie pianist / saxophonist who combines the energy of 1930's style boogie piano blues with contemporary blues sounds emanating from places like New Orleans, Chicago and Memphis.
The Jazz in the Garden Series is a free concert series featuring an array of artists performing various styles of jazz from swing to progressive to Latin every Friday evening at the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden come rain or shine.
