The 2010 DC Shorts Film Festival, now in its 7th year showcases 97 films and 6 screenplays from 11 different countries during this week-long festival. Over 930 films and screenplays were submitted for this year, with the final 97 very best cut from over 230 top scoring films.

Tickets & Passes:
Showcase and Event Tickets
In-person ticket sales may be made from September 9-12 at box offices located in both the E Street Cinema and the U.S. Navy Memorial. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.
- Showcase Tickets are $12 per screening.
- Party Tickets are $10 per event. (includes open beverages and nibbles)
- Free Events must be ticketed to guarantee a seat. (There is no fee to make a reservation online)
As in year’s past, most shows and parties are expected to sell out — so purchasing your tickets early and online is recommended. All ticket and pass sales are final: there are no refunds or exchanges. (there is an additional $1.24 convenience charge when purchased online)
Festival Passes:
Passes are on sale now. Save money and guarantee a seat before individual tickets go on sale.
This year, we are offering 3 options:
- Pick 3 – $30 (a $6 savings) - Choose any three events, including open parties and the “Best of DC Shorts.” Selections must be made online when the pass is purchased.
- Pick 5 – $45 (a $15 savings) - Choose any five events, including open parties and the “Best of DC Shorts.” Selections must be made online when the pass is purchased.
- All-Access VIP – $125 - Choose as many screenings and parties (including those for “filmmakers only”) — plus the “Best of DC Shorts.” Also, receive a DC Shorts T-shirt as a special gift. Selections may be made at any time online or by visiting the box office during the festival.
