This Valentine’s Day, the National Museum of Crime and Punishment (NMCP) is taking handcuffs out of the bedroom and into the museum with its 3rd Annual “Crimes of Passion” event, taking place February 11-14, 2012.
Couples can spend their Valentine’s Day date handcuffed together at the museum, embarking on a love-trip around the museum’s over 600 exhibits.
