New York art dealer Mary Ryan offers suggestions for both the novice and seasoned art collector. An authority on prints, Ryan discusses trends and opportunities in the current art market for print collectors. She founded Mary Ryan Gallery in New York in 1981. The gallery represents contemporary artists working in all media and has shown American and British prints from the 1920s through the present. Mary Ryan Gallery is a member of the Art Dealers Association of America and a founding member of the International Fine Print Dealers Association.
This annual series provides insight and invaluable advice on collecting art from museum directors, curators, collectors, and art dealers and consultants.
