The DowntownDC BID Safety/Hospitality and Maintenance (SAM) crews work nearly 24/7 to ensure the streets, sidewalks and public spaces are clean and clear of trash and debris as well as greet and assist visitors, workers and residents with information on the best way to get around or how to find their favorite restaurant, museum or theatre.
